Keto Halloumi Fries

Halloumi fries are crisp on the outside and chewy on the inside. Sour cream or yogurt dip makes this an excellent appetizer or party food!

Instructions

Start by chopping up the halloumi cheese into even rectangles. Then in a small bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, smoked paprika and black pepper. Add the halloumi to the bowl and coat it in the mixture. Add cooking oil to a large frying pan and heat on a high fire for 1 minute until it starts bubbles.  Add the coated halloumi to the frying pan, now turn the fire down to a medium heat. After 5 minutes turn the halloumi over to ensure it cooks on both sides. Once golden brown on both sides, the halloumi fries are ready to serve.
