Keto Crackers


A crispy and crunchy keto cracker made with almond flour and cheese. Keto Crackers are easy to make and are incredibly versatile. You can serve them as a snack, as part of a light meal, or as a topping on your favorite salads. They're also great for dipping, whether it's in hummus or your favorite keto-friendly dip.


Instruction 


Start with a microwaveable bowl and then add 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese. Place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes until the cheese is completely melted. Then add 2 tablespoons of cream cheese, then add 1 egg and then 2 cups of almond flour. Then mix very well. Then roll the dough out between two sheets of none stick paper until completely flat. Then take a pizza cutter and cut out your cracker shapes. Then use a folk and poke holes in the crackers. Place in the oven at 170C degrees for 20 minutes until completely golden. Once taken out of the oven allow to cool for 5 minutes. Then break apart. Keto Crackers are a great way to stay on track with your low-carb diet while still enjoying all the deliciousness of a crunchy snack. Enjoy them as a snack or part of a meal and customize the flavor to your liking with your favorite seasonings.
