Keto Chicken Fritters-Cheesy Recipe
It takes just 30 minutes to make these cheesy chicken fritters, and they are Keto-friendly as well. These chicken patties are also known as chicken fritters and are tender and delicious. I think it's one of the best easy chicken recipes out there.
Instructions
Start by placing the chicken breast on a chopping board and using a knife, chop it into tiny pieces, then add them into a large or medium size mixing bowl. In the mixing bowl add almond flour, eggs, mozzarella, basil, chives, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together very well to combine. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan, over medium-low heat. With a large spoon, scoop into the chicken mixture and transfer it to the pan, then slightly flatten to create a fritter. Don't overcrowd the pan, cook the fritters in batches, about 4 per batch. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes. Please ensure that you cook them at medium to low Temperature, otherwise they will burn on the outside but won't get well cooked on the inside. Serve with your favourite dip.
